Yes, your GP or Doctor will have written and signed a Medicare Document stating how many reduced fee ($54.60 covered) visits you will be eligible for during the year and what treatment outcomes are needing to be met by our practitioners. We ask that you bring this along to your initial appointment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours notice (late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a $50.00 missed appointment fee).

Yes, we accept card and cash payments, all private health funds and medicare claims on the spot with no wait or turn around fees.
We ask patients to pay their appointment fee in full after each consult. We will then provide you with an itemised receipt for ongoing health claims. Should their be any issues with your claims once you process them, our staff will ensure the issue is rectified to the best of our abilities.
We use tracked deliveries with ALL our shipped items. Please note, we include "Authority to Leave" with our orders under $150 - when purchasing one of our products you are allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature.
Health Systems Go will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. "Signature Required" orders are an additional $2.95 AU and "Express" orders are an additional $10.00 AU.
We will dispatch your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday only, except public holidays). You will receive a tracking number and link to track your delivery once it has been dispatched (please check your spam folder, sometimes our order updates end up there).
RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Sometimes selecting the right size when buying items online can be difficult. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing, we'd be more than happy to assist. Just email us at email@example.com for assistance.
If you are not happy with your purchase/size/fit, you can *return the item (excluding Wild Toes), *minus shipping and *exchange for another size or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email us with your reason for refund or exchange to receive a "Return Authorisation Form" from our office firstname.lastname@example.org
*Costs for the return of item(s) to Health Systems Go, whether for a size exchange or refund, is the customer's responsibility.
We will cover postage back to you for a size exchange (one exchange per order). Please note that postage costs to return the item(s) to Health Systems Go remain the customers responsibility. Free shipping for size exchange excludes clearance items.
We are unable to accept any item(s) that have been damaged or show signs of use of the product. The product must be in new and original condition for us to accept a return. Please note we are unable to accept items returned with scratched or dirty blemishes. We advise that when you try on your new item for the first time you wear socks for shoe items and a t-shirt for Core360 belts (and test them out on the carpet, just in case!).
To us the original branded packaging is as important as the item(s) itself, therefore we cannot accept item(s) back for an exchange or refund without the original packaging in sale-able condition.
