With over 14 years of hands-on experience and more than 9 years of study behind me, I have shaped a Clinical role dedicated to understanding how the body moves, recovers and thrives.
My journey began as a Myotherapist, progressed into Barefoot-Natural Podiatry and later expanded into Holistic Health through the Chek Institute.
Throughout the years, I’ve had the chance to work in some incredible spaces—like the Australian Institute of Sport, the AFL Draft Combine, World Cycling Championships and FASIC Scotland. Now, I largely work with endurance runners, high performers and patients managing chronic pain/autoimmune conditions.
My current approach looks at the whole person when it comes to lower limb injuries. I combine detailed gait and breathing assessments with barefoot and pelvic strengthening, developmental movement patterns and I also weave in gut health support and natural remedies when relevant.
What really lights me up is helping people understand the why behind their pain. So many of the bodies I see are inflamed, stressed and running on empty—and it’s hard for injuries to heal properly when that’s the case.
I’ve been there—pushing through with little sleep, not fuelling properly, and expecting my body to just bounce back. It didn’t. That’s why I’m so passionate about guiding others through a more informed, supportive healing process.
As a novice triathlete, trail runner and outdoor adventurer, I am passionate to the core about health and movement.
