With over 13 years of clinical expertise, Kirstin boasts a rich understanding of foot, ankle, and knee injuries. Her journey has taken her through arenas such as the Australian Institute of Sport, AFL Draft Combine, World Cycling Championships, and FASIC Edinburgh, where she has catered to the needs of endurance athletes and high performers alike.
Today, Kirstin implements a holistic approach to lower limb injuries. Featuring comprehensive gait and breathing pattern analysis, barefoot and pelvic strengthening exercises, infant development integration, all complemented by a sprinkle of gut health and natural remedy education.
"My true passion lies in educating patients about the root cause of their pain. In my practice, I often encounter bodies that are inflamed and fatigued. Trying to heal an injury while battling high levels of systemic inflammation often leads to delayed healing responses and recurring injuries.
I empathise with many of my patients because I've walked the same path. I've experienced firsthand the consequences of expecting my body to heal without proper nourishment, surviving on minimal sleep, and pushing my training to the limit, resulting in numerous major injuries and frustrating rehabilitation journeys”.
As a novice triathlete, trail runner and outdoor adventurer, Kirstin is passionate to the core about health and movement.
