These medical-grade silicone toe spacers are designed to sit comfortably between the toes, promoting a more biomechanically aligned position. While they are not intended as a corrective device for structural deformities, their use may assist in reducing muscle tension, stretching contracted soft tissues, and facilitating activation of the intrinsic foot musculature. This can support improved foot function, reduce compensatory strain, and encourage a more optimal gait pattern.

Sizing
We have tried our best to create a product that will fit almost all adult and older children’s feet. If you find your Tootzy’s slip off, you may be best to wear it whilst in socks or wide enclosed shoes, so they have less chance of slipping off the toes. In saying that, we cannot guarantee it will stay in place if you have rather narrow toes.
